*****One of the best beaches of St. Barths, Flamands Beach, is just a 5 minutes walk away and you have a spectacular view on the mountains, ridges, the beach and nearby islands. This spacious, modern, fully air-conditioned villa, with private upper and lower terraces (one sun-other shaded) offers a beautiful setting for your St. Barts vacation or romantic get-away. The staff will meet you at the villa. The villa is “serviced” (please see below for details). Other things to note After your arrival at the airport or harbour you should rent a car or take a taxi to drive to the villa. After you arrived at the villa our property manager will do the check in, explain you the villa and the property, answer your questions and give you recommendations. Please note that this Villa is on a very steep hill and both terraces and stairs are notsuitable for Babys and Children. We do not rent to guest with babys and little children, becaue of the risk of falling from the terraces, stairs, etc. Please check out the photos in that regard.
