A window over the sink, durable tile countertops and floors, and handy access to the adjacent laundry area with washer and dryer complete the picture. Classic seating at the nearby dining table and outdoor seating on the rear patio offer dining options. The patio also has a propane BBQ grill and the back yard has privacy fencing and a fire pit for intimate chats around the fire. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Most of the house is on one level, but Bedroom #1 and its bathroom are a few steps up from the rest of the house. Bedroom #1 has a California king bed, TV and direct en suite access to the hallway bathroom with a shower-over-tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub. A beach wagon, beach towels and beach chairs are available for your day trips to nearby Beaches, one of which is about .5 Mile away. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Parking options include the one-car garage and two off-street parking spots.
