The Property: Deer Crest 10507 could also be called the “Deer Crest Spa & Slopeside Chalet.” You’ll have your very own hot tub and sauna, as well as beautifully renovated bathrooms and all the accouterments to go with them. The views from this property are quite stunning, and you’ll be able to take them in from every bedroom, the living room, dining room, while relaxing in the private hot tub or from any of the three decks. Facing east, early risers can have coffee with the sunrise and after a day full of adventure, ski home right to your door for an Apres Ski beverage, and watch the shadow of Deer Valley mountain resort creep across the valley as the sky and clouds light up with the day's last light. If you or some members of your group don’t feel like skiing or hiking, have no interest in such activities, this home is exactly what you need. It provides you with a day spa experience without leaving the comfort of your home. So go ahead, ski home early if the weather turns blustery. Relax in the hot tub, take a shower, spend 15 minutes in the sauna, rinse, & repeat. You’ll be pampered when you stay here! The quality of this home is consistently high end throughout, and all of the little details have been attended to. The main living area is one large space where your whole group can gather. The living room features vaulted ceilings, leather furniture, and a warm gas fireplace. When you’re not admiring the views from the window seats, just motor down the window shades and enjoy your home theater. A 4k laser projector, 120 inch screen, and 8 speaker surround sound system make this an ideal place to enjoy a film or sporting event. Comfy high top bar seating behind the couch & chairs create a stadium seating experience for your whole group. Deer Crest 10507 is a smart home. Not only can you ask for the weather, snow report, or other information, but the home’s sound system, heating and cooling, exterior locks and front door video are integrated. There are 4 “Brilliant” displays found in the kitchen, stairway, upper hallway, and master bedroom. These can display art, video from the front door camera, or even your favorite family photos (if provided prior to arrival). You can use them to control the music, volume, and which speakers are on or off. The fully integrated stereo system includes the 8 speakers in the home theater plus speakers in the kitchen ceiling, master bedroom, and spa bathroom. The kitchen is a chef’s delight. Floor to ceiling pantry cabinets complement the floating shelves. A wine and beverage fridge adds storage beyond the large up and down refrigerator. In the center of the kitchen, the counters waterfall down both ends of the large island, which has bar seating for 5, an under-counter microwave, and a large stainless steel farmhouse sink. There’s a second sink between the coffee bar and fridge. The centerpiece of the kitchen has to be the 48” Wolf oven and range, which includes a double oven and a double griddle. There’s even a pot filler and range hood with lighting. A multitude of smaller appliances await, including mixers, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron, and more. You’ll have everything you need to whip up a good meal, and if you’re not into cooking, we can help you locate a good private chef to make good use of the space. There is no shortage of places to enjoy a meal in this home. The main dining table seats 8 (or 10 with available leaves), plus there is a secondary dining / game table / office nook for 2 to 4 more, plus bar seating for 9 more in the kitchen and living room. There’s also a couple of comfy armchairs and a table on the landing overlooking the living room, the perfect place for a game of chess, or maybe just your laptop. While the main living space is such a great place to gather, some members of your group might not want to leave the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms feature high quality mattresses as well as the finest sheets and linens. Does your group have 3 to 5 couples? Each couple will have their own Queen or King sized bed. Does your group have 2 couples and 4 singles or 4 children? Each couple and each single or child will have their own bed. Whatever your group dynamic may be, this property ensures that everyone is comfortable. Bedroom 1 is upstairs and it's a real treat. Behind the plush King bed is a stylish accent wall with floating bedside tables and pendant lights. Laying in bed, you’ll enjoy amazing views, a warm gas fireplace, a large wall mounted smart TV, and vaulted ceilings. There’s plenty of space here for a bench at the foot of the bed as well as a desk under the TV. Step outside and enjoy top of the world views from the private balcony. The bathroom within bedroom 1 has a large smart glass window between the large shower and the bedroom. Take a shower with views of the reservoir, or flip the switch and turn the glass opaque for complete privacy. This shower has dual shower heads as well as shower wands. The bathroom suite also features a freestanding bathtub, a magnification mirror, and a large vanity with quartz counters and two sinks. Downstairs from the main living area there is an open space and hallway that leads to the hot tub and ski access deck. The hallway separates the two bedrooms from one another, so that the walls are not shared, which enhances privacy for all. You’ll ski to and from the back deck. So, withIn that hallway, you’ll find wall mounted heaters for your boots and gloves, hoops for your helmets and hats, racks for your skis and boards, even a bench where you can have a seat to pull off those ski boots. Bedroom 2 has a lovely Queen with tufted headboard and matching tufted bench. Lay in bed and enjoy the mountain views through the 3 large windows, or turn on the wall mounted smart TV for the music or video of your choice. This bedroom is a true suite, with a private bathroom of its own. That bathroom doubles as a dressing room, with a built-in closet area. It also features quartz counters, a sink with dual faucets, and a walk in shower. Bedroom 3 might look a little small in the photos, but only because there are 4 Queen beds. That’s right, those custom built bunk beds, all 4 of them are Queen size. To enhance these beds, fans, lights, and curtains were added, making each bed its own private sanctuary. There’s also storage built in underneath, and a wall mounted smart TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is right across the hall. It has a dual sink vanity, large walk-in shower, and one other very special feature - your very own private sauna. Location & Ski In Ski Out Access: This location is special in any season. Deer Crest is a private neighborhood immediately adjacent to and adjoining the Deer Valley Resort. This neighborhood has its own private downhill ski trails. Deer Crest 10507 is located on the intermediate level “Pioche” ski trail, just above the lower terminal of the Jordanelle Express Gondola. If you want to take a break, have lunch, or you’ve finished skiing for the day, you can ski right back to the townhome. The gondola opens as soon as Little Baldy receives enough snow via natural or man made efforts, and typically remains open until a week or so before the ski area closes for the season. The trail is groomed as needed, but receives little use due to it being a private trail, so you might find yourself skiing fresh powder on the way home at the end of the day. The Deer Crest neighborhood is also located adjacent to Deer Valley’s new base area, the East Village, which is the base of a major terrain expansion that will more than double Deer Valley’s skiable terrain to over 5700 acres, with the majority of the new terrain opening in the 2025/2026 ski season. From the garage you enter the upper level, where the first bedroom suite is found. The main living area is one level down, and bedrooms 2 and 3 are one level down from there. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage, and 2 more directly in front of the garage. Sorry, but trailers, campers, or RVs are not allowed, per HOA rules. If you will have any of these, or more than 4 vehicles, please contact us to discuss options for nearby, off site parking. 4WD or AWD recommendation: The roads in Deer Valley, which lead to and from this property, are generally easy to navigate and well maintained.
