It is the perfect place to visit Umbria as it is central. Just 10 minutes by car you can reach Assisi and Perugia and in 15-20 minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages in Umbria (Spello, Bevagna, Foligno, Montefalco, Trevi, Lake Trasimeno, Montone etc).
