This magnificent 194 sqm holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upon arrival, you'll immediately be enchanted by its beautiful coastal setting, nestled in the idyllic village of Nettlestone near Seaview on the North Coast of the Isle of Wight. As you drive up to the property the lure of the well-kept gardens round the right side of the property and verdant trees create a striking welcome. A luxury abode like no other, this expansive retreat is home to a wondrous selection of rooms for leisure, recreation and play - each one as inviting as the last. With a spacious combined dining/living room complemented by a beautiful log burner, 4 divine bedrooms, yoga room, veranda outdoor living space, and well-kept gardens, there’s plenty of space for unwinding, entertaining and relaxing at our dog-friendly Seaview homestay. LIVING Enter The Timbers through a large wooden door, you'll find yourself in the grand entrance hall, a welcoming space bathed in natural light from full-height ceilings, antique ox-blood leather seating adding elegance and convenience on the incredibly restored original hardwood floors. From here, you can go left into the living room, onwards to the kitchen and upstairs for exploration. The living room with gorgeous Loaf sofas adorned with thick blankets, throws and sumptuous cushions, has been designed for pure comfort, whether you're looking to curl up with a book or gather together for a games or movie night. For added cosiness, the room is dressed in soothing neutral tones, rustic woods and benefits from a rustic log burner to radiate warmth in cooler months. Adding entertainment throughout are televisions and WiFi, as well as a linked sound system with outdoor speakers. Whether you have a culinary guru in your party or you would like to hire a private chef, The Timbers kitchen space caters to all occasions. OUTDOOR SPACE The Timbers is surrounded by gorgeous, landscaped lawns. Decorated with flower beds that blossom in Spring, spaces for unwinding, entertaining and relaxing. Tucked away in a secluded corner of the garden, is the wellness cabin, a dedicated yoga studio, drenched in sunlight through the open bi-fold doors. This calm and peaceful space offers a place to retreat from the busyness of modern life, a quiet sanctuary to practise slowing down and reconnecting to yourself, serenaded by the lilting chorus of birdsong and the rustle of a fine breeze through the trees. Once you’re ready to refuel, fire up the 6-burner premium gas grill for sizzling BBQ feasts, or craft delicious pizzas in the wood-fired pizza oven. For blissful rest and repose, it has a king-size bed with a king duvet, embraced by two wooden bedside tables topped with lamps for night-time reading. For ultimate cosiness it benefits from a chaise lounge. Bedroom 2 on the first-floor is a heavenly sanctuary. It features an irresistible king-size bed complete with a wood-topped writing desk for creativity and journaling. The room is bathed in neutral, relaxing tones, a truly calming space. Bedroom 3 on the first-floor is an oh-so-sweet double bedroom promising leisurely lie-ins and cosy nights. A chest of drawers provides useful storage for clothes, while dispersed lighting casts a warm glow. Bedroom 4 nestled on the ground floor offers a peaceful escape for a single guest. This room can also be configured for two with a trundle bed available upon request for groups of 8. BATHING The Timbers has 4 bathrooms: 2 shower rooms, 1 of which is conveniently located in the wellness cabin; a luxurious bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath, and a separate wc. BABIES AND CHILDREN Babies and children are most welcome at The Timbers. One cot and highchair can be provided on request, should you need it. PARKING Ample off-road parking is available, along with a convenient free EV car charging point powered by the property's Tesla battery.
