The cottages are two semi detached cottages side by side, so there are two lounges/ two kitchens/two dining spaces and four bathrooms, and two downstairs W/C's! All at an affordable price! They can be adjoined by a few steps from the bi-fold doors into the Garden if one to the other, perfect for multi-generational breaks. Safe for children as they are not accessed from the road. The Garden has outdoor dining furniture and BBQ. HOT TUB AND IN HOUSE CHEF/SPA IS AN ADDITIONAL COST. Cottage 2 Downstairs- Gorgeous navy kitchen with gold accents, open plan kitchen living space and dining table to seat up to 10 Double Sofa bed in lounge sleeping 1. Glass staircase balustrade, desk space/work space. Bedroom 1 Double bed and single bed sleeping up to 3 Bedroom 2 - Double bed x2 sleeps up to 4 with ensuite. Total for cottage 1 = up to 8 or if everyone is wanting own bed 5 including sofa bed in lounge. The garden area has a bbq and seating area for up to 4/ patio for hot tub hires. Parking for 4/5 cars. We only accept very low key hen /stag/celebrations as elevated noise and disruption will not be tolerated, we will consider groups on a case by case basis and additional terms/deposit will apply.
