Welcome to Ingmarsö, a fantastic island in the Stockholm Archipelago! A perfect accommodation for those who want to experience the outer archipelago and stay close to the sea in a charming cottage with a lovely patio offering a beautiful sea view. Here, you can start your day with a refreshing morning swim down at the dock, just about 100 meters away. Ingmarsö is accessible by car-free boat with Waxholmsbolaget and is a lively archipelago island with a store, restaurant, bakery/café, and much more! Don't miss this paradise! You stay here in a cozy cottage where a friendly host couple lives nearby. The cottage features a kitchen and living room with an open floor plan. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a custom-built bunk bed measuring 185x85 cm. The bathroom has a sink and toilet, and you have the luxury of showering outdoors with warm water in a custom-built shower on the deck. How wonderful to be able to shower warmly outdoors in nature while listening to the birds! You can choose whether you want to sit under a roof or without a roof on the patio. There is a charcoal grill available, and you have the option to rent bicycles, canoes, and rowing boats on site—perfect for exploring all the island has to offer! In addition to the fantastic archipelago environment with magical swimming spots, there is much to explore here, such as a local history museum, hiking trails, and farms with farm shops. The easiest way to reach the island is via Waxholmsbolaget from Åsättra Brygga on Ljusterö, and the boat trip takes about 30 minutes, followed by a short walk to the cottage. Welcome to Ingmarsö!
