It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones—step outside, where the garden terrace awaits to elevate your stay. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera. I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day. Whitley is a diverse and vibrant neighbourhood in Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. It is situated south of Reading town centre and is known for its strong sense of community and friendly atmosphere. The neighbourhood offers a mix of residential areas, green spaces, and local amenities, making it attractive for families and young professionals. Whitley has various housing options, including traditional houses and modern apartments, providing a diverse and welcoming community. Within Whitley, residents can enjoy several parks and open spaces, such as Whitley Wood Recreation Ground, providing outdoor activities and relaxation opportunities. The neighbourhood has a range of local shops, supermarkets, and amenities, offering convenient access to everyday essentials and services. Additionally, there are several schools, making it a family-friendly area. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Reading Green Park, is just a 7 minutes drive. Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
