The space On the ground floor you will find:- -- a beautifully fitted fully equipped kitchen / diner. --There is a separate utility area with washing machine and Tumble dryer. -- Next to this is the downstairs Shower room with WC, basin and shower. -At the front on one side there is a lounge with 2 sofas seating 8 comfortably, a smart TV and open fire. - On the other side there is a games room with Pool table darts and the pool table can convert to a table for dining or meeting. Upstairs you will find:- --stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs -- A Main bathroom and WC -- At the front on one side is the Teal room which is the Master Bedroom with en suite shower basin and WC -- On the other side is the Ochre Twin room that can convert to a super king room. --On the landing in between is a reading chair for relaxing with a view -- At the side there is the Aqua room a king sized bedroom --At the back is the Rose room which is a double bedroom with views over the garden. Outside you will find:- --A patio with decking area and outside sofa suite for 8 people. -- A roll out awning to shade from the sun -- A large charcoal BBQ -- a large enclosed lawned garden -- a driveway and private parking at the top for up to 3 cars.
