Booking two of them together could be ideal for two families with children. VILLA GRIGIA - Sleeps 8 The villa (120 sq.m) develops over two levels with the first floor being just the roof terrace. On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area, French doors that open onto the covered terrace and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be twin or double by joining the single beds together and one separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the roof terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounges. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Outside, the villa has a covered terrace (100 sq.m) with garden furnishings, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round). The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and other one bedroom. There is another separate bathroom with shower that isn’t en-suite. On the first floor, accessed from the outside only, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the outdoor terrace, covered and equipped with sun lounges, table and chairs and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sea. Outside, we find more covered terraces (100 sq.m), equipped with comfortable furnishings, decked area around a private swimming pool (3x5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1 – November 30). The pool area is also equipped with sun lounges and an outdoor shower.
