Sitges Spaces Garden Condo is a spacious and bright two bedroom/2 bathroom Garden Apartment sleeping up to 6 guests located in the new residential area of Sitges (popularly known as 'La Plana') near the new Sorli supermarket and fitness center. It enjoys the best of both worlds, offering a strategic location in the quieter area of town while just a short walk to the center and popular beaches of Sitges! The space This beautifully decorated condo is on a ground floor with it´s own private entrance! It has two double bedrooms(one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed that can also be configured as two single beds if needed) and two full bathrooms with large built-in showers (one of the bathrooms is also in-suite). Both bedrooms are exterior looking out onto a quiet park keeping the bedrooms bright and cheery throughout the year. The living room is also bright and spacious with a modern built-in kitchen and ample seating for relaxing and dining. There is a comfortable sofa which also converts into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two guests allowing a total capacity of 6 at the property. In the entrance to the condo, there is a practical area with a desk and chair for those needing to also remote work during their stay. One of the most attractive features of this stunning apartments is the garden/terrace which boasts more than 40 M2 (400 Square feet) of private outdoor space. There is ample and comfortable exterior seating to relax and also enjoy your meals outdoors. The exterior garden/terrace is also surrounded by natural plants which energizes the environment affording a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy! Most importantly, and thanks to the ideal climate of Sitges, blessed with sunshine most of the year, the exterior space of this property is an inviting area to soak up sunlight all year long, even in the chillier winter months. Moreover, there are few neighbors sharing the building, affording a higher level of intimacy when enjoying the terrace and garden areas. Sitges Spaces Garden Condo is equipped with all that is necessary to host longer term monthly visits. Kitchenware, separate washing machine and tumbler dryer, vacuum cleaner and wifi are all available free of charge. The house is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating allowing a comfortable stay at any time of the year! As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately based on consumption. A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price. For stays of more than one month, a cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ Euros/service and must be paid by the guest. This cleaning service is not optional and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Guest access All areas of the property are accessible to guests! Other things to note PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION! Pets are allowed but there is a supplemental fee of 150€/stay/pet. Maximum one medium / large dog or 2 mini/small dogs or 2 cats. This supplemental charge will be collected at checkin. Guests will be responsible for a damage deposit which will be released upon checkout assuming no damage has been caused to the property. This damage deposit is handled by AirBNB. Rental stays of 28 nights or more do NOT include utilities which will be charged separately according to consumption based on meters. A checkout clean will automatically be added onto your reservation. However, if you period of stay is longer than 31 night, you will be required to pay for a full maintenance clean for each additional 30 day period of your stay at 95 €/clean. Optional cleans are also available upon guest requests. Checkins after midnight are subject to an additional late check-in fee of 50-70€ depending on arrival time. In accordance with Spanish law for tourist establishments, ALL GUESTS staying at the property are required to register themselves providing their passport details or national ID. Failure to provide these details will result in denial to access the property. This is not a requirement of the property itself but of the Spanish Police by law! Smoking inside the house is COMPLETELY PROHIBITED and guests will be charge an automatic fine of 500€ if smoking is detected!
