It has been divided into 6 apartments all with independent entrance and privacy, but only 5 are available for rent. Occasionally, the owner occupies the 6th apartment on the ground floor. All apartments are suitable for children, equipped with high chairs etc. and they all have access to a terrace which is divided into individual areas, all furnished with table and chairs. From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden. Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs.
