The villa consists of four spacious apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners in the summer time and a detached annex (40sqm). RAZZA: the annex is located in a secluded part of the large park and it develops on two floors and its cosy interior are furnished with taste and with all modern comforts. It boasts also a terrace (50sqm) and a private garden (500sqm). On the ground floor there is one living room, one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette (2 Stove burners type gas, fridge, freezer, and toaster) and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor (in the loft) there is one double bedroom and one bathroom with toilet and sink.
