Every effort will be made to insure that you have a pleasant visit with us and that you have the best view of the beach and ocean as possible. Unfortunately, due to the design of the building, our resort has a very limited number of suites with a direct view of the beach/ocean and as such not every suite has a direct view. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals but these requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability and occupancy. Accordingly, we want you to know that we will do our very best to insure that we provide world class service and do all that we can to make you comfortable during your stay with us. - All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the Daytona Beach Regency Front Desk. - No pets are allowed (strictly enforced) with the exception of Service Animals (i.e. Seeing Eye Dog). - You must be at least 21 years of age to check -in. - Parking at our resort is very limited and is restricted to one vehicle per reservation. Any additional vehicles, oversize vehicles, recreational vehicles or trailers are required to park off property. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted inside guest suites, nor in the pool areas, sundeck, tiki bar or grilling areas. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of guest suites and in specified areas around the resort. When checking in: Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations: - At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. - Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). CONSTRUCTION ALERT As part of our efforts to restore Daytona Beach Regency after hurricane damage, on-site exterior construction, painting and roof work are anticipated starting July 15, 2025, and continuing through October 2026. During this time, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding. Alert! Late Arrival/No-Show Policy All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time will be later than midnight to avoid cancellation. CONSTRUCTION ALERT As part of our efforts to restore and enhance the property, a variety of construction and renovation projects will be taking place. Exterior renovations are currently underway and are expected to continue through January 2027. Interior renovations are anticipated from May 2026 through January 2027.
