Pool heater under maintenance. However pool is still perfectly functional and uses a solar bubble blanket for heating! (Newly replaced liner this summer!) Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Includes a APEC 7 step water filtration system for purified water. Yard and Garden: A large back and front grass yard. A private garden available with seasonal fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, strawberries, rasberries, lettuce, etc available. Elegant Bedrooms: Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. As all furniture were self-used before listing, they are very good quality however, expected some wear on them from the magic of time and transportation. No access to garage There is a basketball court where you can play a small game Peaceful Neighborhood: Our home is situated in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. To respect our neighbors and maintain the serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that there are no parties or loud activities during your stay. Water Heating: Our property uses a tank water heater with a ready supply of hot water! Please prevent showering at the same time and allow time intervals for heater to reheat! Bath tubs may not be able to fill to full in a single tank! No parties or events. Maintainence: Hot tub-Currently under maintenance. Expect prior to winter. Pool heating-Under maintainence! Expected to be repaired by July! We have a solar water heater for our swimming pool that will be operational in mid-June，and summer temps should be perfect for a refreshing swim!
