Guest access After completing the online check-in, you will receive the access code for the property along with all necessary instructions. To complete the online check-in and access the property, it is mandatory to verify your identity with a selfie and a readable ID document. Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. The private apartment will be exclusively at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park for free in public parking spaces just a few meters from the property. Other things to note Upon arrival, if you notice any damage or issues, please inform the host immediately so that repairs can be arranged as soon as possible. The tourist tax is €3.00 per night per person. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
