Preá Kite House: quiet, calm and near the sea

We are a family (Dayse, Lucio and Pedro) of kitesurfers, pet friendly, we have lived in Preá for 8 years and we like to share a little of our paradise. Located 60 meters from the beach, right in the kitespot, and 12 km from Jericoacoara. A beach house surrounded by lots of greenery, with an open kitchen, bathrooms, an indoor garden, and a large orchard where guests can enjoy seasonal fruits. It's perfect for interacting with nature. The house is yours! The space The house is located on a large plot near the beach, with plenty of green area and direct access to the main kite peak of Preá. We live on this property, which has two other houses. We have a Zen space for yoga and meditation, a vegetable garden with herbs and some fruits, which are available to guests. Here we also have some hammocks scattered around the property for guests to enjoy the silence of nature, the sound of birds and relax. Guest access The house will be at your disposal and you will be able to access other shared areas of the property. We'll help you with the information you need for any travel. Preá is a small village with easy mobility. Other things to note We offer kitesurfing lessons, kitewave and wakeskate clinic, kitetrip, kite and quad bike equipment rental, downwind assistance and we are available to help you with any questions related to kite. We are a kitesurfing family and Lúcio, my husband, is a local instructor with over 15 years of experience and a lot of knowledge of the best peaks on the northeast coast.
