The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups. This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River. Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental! NO PETS! Guest access Each unit is equipped with a Schlage lock system. You will be provided with a 4 digit access code in your check-in email. Using the Schlage lock system- To Unlock the Door: Press the Schlage button to wake up the lock. Enter the 4-digit “Door Code”, when the light turns green, (within 5 seconds) manually turn and unlock the deadbolt using the spinning locking mechanism. To Lock the Door: Press the Schlage button and turn the locking mechanism towards the door frame.
