The property is right on HWY 11 with the entrance on the highway itself making it convenient for guest visiting or passing by Cochrane. Within 1-2km radius there is Tim Horton, Subway, Pizza Hut, Bar Burrito, Canadian Tire, etc. Right next to the property there is ESSO gas station with A&W and Little Caesars on site. When the guest arrives at the property they will have to first visit the front desk first to get the keys to the apartment.
