Nice semi-detached 2 bedroom bungalow in Urb. 'Los Limoneros', a short distance from the town and beach, completely renovated in 2011, with air conditioning and heating. Urb. with community pool and gardens. The bungalow consists of a porch, living-dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, shower room, 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a 1.50 bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds), and a small rear terrace where there is the washing-machine. Radiators in the bedrooms and in the living room. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living-dining room. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of arrival and departure Saturday (entry after 4pm; departure before 10am)
