The space Welcome to our charming newly built property situated in the picturesque village of Bramhope. This property comes with free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Enter the ground floor into the hallway which leads to our open and spacious living room with elegant dining area. French doors open out from the living room on to our fully turfed, fully fenced garden ideal for families and small groups. Ground floor also consists of fully equipped and stylish kitchen. We also have a lavatory by the front door on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will be greeted by the cosy master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second double bedroom is ideal for extra guests or for the children. To complete this fantastic property, there is an office room perfect for working from home or working while away from home. Guest access Guests can access entire property. Other things to note Please switch off the heating before leaving the house. Please make sure all dishes and cutlery are clean and put away before you vacate the property. For any extra cleaning required, you will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour plus cost of any damages.
