Tres Rios is a well developed area located in the east side of San José. We are located in a quite secure neighborhood. The house is just few minutes away from Restaurants, Bars, Shopping Centers and Banks. The supermarket is around the corner, the bus stop is steps away from the main entrance door. San Pedro's Main Universities are 20 mins away by bus (Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Latina, UACA, Veritas, Fidelitas, UAM, Santa Paula and plenty of others Spanish learning centers too). Getting around from the apartment is easy. The bus stops to San Jose and Cartago are nearby (no more than 100 meters away). There's free parking on the street. The room accommodates only one guest. The housekeeper cleans the apartment once a week during your stay, it includes the change of towels, and bed sheets.
