The home is in a private, gated, community, just 5 minutes south of Dominical. Guests will either be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in or provided instructions for 'touch-free-24-hour-check-in'. The home and the swimming pool are private. The parking is shared and there is a set of stairs leading down to this Property and one other property, which is shared (the stairs). A 4x4 or an SUV is required to access the property. The road is paved but steep.
