The Surf Shack is a huge open and spacious beach house. Its paradise for the beach goers and outdoor lovers. It has a very artistic feel with an evident exhibition of the owners' passion for surfing. You will feel close to nature with large screen windows, lots of light and air and enjoy hearing the howler monkeys and green parrots that cover the properties big teak trees every morning and night. Included are 2 beach cruiser bicycles. Surfboards and additional bikes available to rent. The space This house is a fun casual beach house. Its modern decor but rustic feel is perfect for the beach lovers vacation. Large open spaces with big windows and lots of space to accommodate a larger group but also priced right for a family of 4 or less. Very sociable and very open home. You will find the house to be very open and vibrant to nature. Guest access Wireless Internet. Outside shower. Indoor and outdoor dining options. AC's in bedrooms 1 and 2 but EXCLUDE the loft which is surrounded by large windows and big overhead fans. Hammocks. Both indoor and outdoor. Parking inside fenced yard. Other things to note We have an abundance of wildlife daily. Howler monkeys in our treetops. Wild green parrots. Iguanas and hummingbirds. We also have various fruit trees on our property. Papaya, banana, mango, coconut, water apple, and avocado. Please note that there is an additional separate laundry and storage room for house service along the one side of the fence line of the house with a small gate for housekeeper access only. It will not interfere with your private space at the house.
