This is your house if you want a serene, quiet place to rest with family and friends. We built this large lakefront home for our family. We'd like to suggest that guests purchase travel insurance. We also offer Guided Yosemite Group Tours, Hikes, Sightseeing, Fly Fishing, Backpacking, and Snowshoeing. The space We are a Lakefront Lodge on a Private Lake just down the road from Yosemite National Park and Stanislaus National Forest. The home can sleep a large group because it has 20 Beds in 7 Bedrooms. Unlike many hotels, we clean everything, including blankets and duvet covers, between each guest. We also have 4 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, a Family/Game Room, 4 Separate Decks on 3 levels, a Private Dock, and a Deck by the lake with views of the lake, Marina, and Mountains from many rooms, bedrooms, and all 4 decks and patios. Other things to note The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. PML charges a one-time vehicle entrance fee of $50 per vehicle, subject to change. This is a one-time per vehicle fee that the Pine Mt Lake Association charges to help offset the cost of having a 24-hour manned main gate, 24-hour security patrols, maintaining roads, the lake, beaches, marina, golf course, driving range, tennis courts, pool, pickleball, equestrian center, and other facilities, etc. Pine Mt Lake maintains even the roads that everyone uses. The lake is private, and only the owners and their guests are allowed to use it and the facilities.
