There is a grill, a fire pit, a community swim dock, seating area on the point to enjoy the sunrises or to sit and relax or read a book. A great fishing cabin or a cozy lake getaway for the family. LOCATED ON THE 8MM OF THE BIG NIANGUA. Located just minutes from Larry Gale Conservation area, which has a public boat ramp. Minutes to Larrywood, Fish and Company and the Nautifish by boat. Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka are close by boat. BOAT DOCK WHERE SLIP IS LOCATED AND SWIM DOCK ARE SHARED! This is a rental community with other year-round renters and families some who have been here for several decades! Just a short boat ride to the hopping area of Osage Beach! There is a swim dock, fishing is allowed on the boat dock, an area on the point with a fire pit and seating on the point to sit and view our beautiful sunrises or for reading a book and relaxing.
