The spacious kitchen boasts two refrigerators, two dishwashers, five barstools, a table for 16, and a full oven/stovetop—perfect for hosting large meals. Need to work remotely? Enjoy a dedicated workspace in the common living room or a private area in the Travel-themed bedroom. Outside, the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained, with optional pool heating for $65/day, please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. Enjoy games in the garage, a PS4 in the upstairs living area, and plenty of space for relaxation. Once the rental agreement is completed & a photo of your ID is uploaded, each guest will receive a unique access code, generated by our automated system, for the front door. This code activates at check-in (4 PM) and deactivates at checkout (10 AM) for a smooth and secure entry process. Located in a gated community, entry instructions through security will be provided in the guidebook, along with your access code.
