Summer Vacation in the Zillertal: In summer, the Krimml Waterfalls are a must-see for the whole family. The spectacular waterfalls, with an impressive drop of 380 meters, and their kilometers-long hiking trails featuring numerous viewpoints are sure to delight you. The Durlaßboden Reservoir, with its refreshing 21°C water, is just 4 km from Königsleiten and is perfect for pedal boating and surfing. This reservoir can also be reached directly from Königsleiten via a beautiful, unspoiled hiking trail—no car needed. In addition, you’ll find a newly built outdoor and indoor swimming pool in Wald: the Kristallbad Wald.
