Bedroom for two persons with bathroom in quiet stone house close to everything

My typical stone house is near the airport, train station, tram A and Bordeaux center ; you are in 30' to the beach, between the vineyard of Pessac-Leognan. Next to the house you will find small shops and restaurants within walking distance. The district is so quiet and you can come with your car or your bicycle. The room is very bright and you have one bathroom and restroom just for you. I provide you with a cofee machine, tea at your disposal as well as bath sheets, soap, hair dryer, household liner. On the other hand the rest of the house is not accessible :)
