Summary: Pelican's Roost is a spacious, family-friendly home situated on quiet Seahorse Cove, a sandy pathway leading to Dock 36. It is close to both the beach and the bay and offers views of both from its rooftop deck. Three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths offer roof for everyone, and the third bedroom is part of a complete apartment with its own kitchen, living area, private bedroom and full bath. The Space: The living/kitchen/dining area features an open plan with a very spacious feel. There is a small dining table that seats four, plus additional dining outdoors on the front porch. The kitchen is updated with stone countertops and stainless appliances. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation, including a full size washer and dryer on the main floor. The large front porch is screened and has plenty of seating for everyone. A portion of the front deck is open air, with a grill, outdoor dining table and additional seating. There is a large outdoor shower downstairs. And, for a true bird’s eye view, check out the home’s namesake: the pelican’s roost on the top floor of the house. This sunny porch sits high enough to offer views of the bay along with views of the beach.
