Fully renovated in 2019 and newly furnished in 2021 this property has it all: When you enter you will see the open concept floor plan, perfect for socializing and lounging. Outfitted with plenty of seating for the whole group and a 65" flatscreen smart TV. It is also stocked with several board games and cards to keep you entertained. Catchup with your friends/family at either one of the two dining areas - inside or outside. Don't feel like cooking? No problem. This house is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife Scottsdale has to offer. Outside you can relax by the pool or take on your friends in a game of cornhole or giant Jenga. In the evening feel free to unwind as you sit by the fire and watch the sunset.
