Payment: When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies: Should the need to cancel arise more than 14 days of arrival, deposits will be fully refundable. If cancellations occur 2 to 14 days of arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable. If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival, the entire payment will be nonrefundable and nontransferable Changing Vacation Rentals: Each vacation home at Harbor Inn is individually owned, which means changes to your reservation may be subject to certain restrictions and fees. If you need to switch to a different cottage, you may do so at no additional charge if the change is made at least 14 days before your arrival.
