From mornings on the front porch to evenings on the back patio, this home invites you to embrace harbor life at your own pace. Home Features: This spacious three-level home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas—perfect for families or groups of friends looking to spread out and make the most of their stay. Main Level Living: The main floor offers an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, ideal for gathering over meals, game nights, or movie marathons. The kitchen boasts a pantry closet and a breakfast bar with seating for four, plus a dining table for four more. A half bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience. Second Level Comfort: Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and closet, with another full bathroom nearby. A stackable washer/dryer is also located on this floor. Lower Level Retreat: The finished lower level includes: A bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet A full bathroom A bonus room with a flat-screen smart TV and cozy sitting area—perfect for movie nights or lounging after a day at the harbor Outdoor Space: Relax in a chair on the welcoming front porch or unwind on the back patio with your favorite drink in hand. Neighborhood Perks: Just steps from your door, you’ll find the heated outdoor neighborhood pool, activity cabins, and tiki bar. Enjoy two community fire pits, scenic walking paths, and live entertainment within walking distance. The Illinois & Michigan Canal trail—perfect for biking or walking into downtown Ottawa—is also just steps away, along with the pickleball courts and sand volleyball. Parking: Canal Port includes a tandem parking space that accommodates two vehicles. Pet Friendly: Dog-friendly only — up to 2 dogs, maximum 75 lbs. each. A $125 pet fee applies. Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment: When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies: Should the need to cancel arise more than 14 days of arrival, deposits will be fully refundable. If cancellations occur 2 to 14 days of arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable. If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival, the entire payment will be nonrefundable and nontransferable Changing Vacation Rentals: Each vacation home at Harbor Inn is individually owned, which means changes to your reservation may be subject to certain restrictions and fees. If you need to switch to a different cottage, you may do so at no additional charge if the change is made at least 14 days before your arrival. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cottage changes within 14 days of your scheduled check-in Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices.
