The home also features amenities such as a movie room, fireplace, central air, sun room and a very spacious covered deck, equipped with an outdoor kitchen The space Guest will be provided with a personalized code to enter the front door. Front door leads directly into a newly renovated open concept kitchen dining and living room area . We welcome you to relax on the sectional while enjoying a program of your choice. Kitchen is stocked with the necessity to aid in meal preparation including plates glasses and silverware. Hall way leads to the main bathroom (shower/tub combo) to the right, hair dryer can be found under the sink. (To the left of the hall way is the boiler room and the laundry room… this is COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS to our guests) Hall way extends to the back of the house where you will find the Primary bedroom ahead and both 2nd 3rd bedrooms to the left. Primary bedroom suite included large queen size bed, 2 side tables, closet with dresser and complimentary robes , large mirror, as well as a bathroom . (Robes are for use during your stay and should remain in the space after checkout) 2nd bedroom includes large queen size bed, mirror, dresser and closet where you will find the clothes iron and iron board and complimentary robes . (Robes are for use during your stay and should remain in the space after checkout) 3rd bedroom/ Movie room includes a sofa bed large movie screen, projector and complimentary snacks for your enjoyment. Guest access Open concept dining room living room and kitchen bedroom bathrooms sunroom and outside deck. Club house access which includes pool and lake access please note that the pool and lake are open from the last weekend May to early September Other things to note Please note that if more than 2 vehicles are under the reservation, an additional $35 will be charged as per HOA guidelines. (This information is being requested for vehicle entrance into the community) Late checkout must be requested 24 hours before checkout. There will be an addition charge of $150 for all unauthorized late checkout. Trash must be separated from recycled garbage. Additional bags are provided under the kitchen sink. Please use black bags for garbage and blue/white for recycle items. TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash bags must be tied and drop off of the trash deposit / compactor located at: 12 Towamensing trails, Albrightsville PA 18210. Failure to remove your trash will result in a fine per bag. Our cleaner charges $5 per bag to be removed. The trash compactor is opened daily at 10:00am. We welcome all furry friends, but must be added to your reservation. If you do not disclose that you had a pet with you, there will be a fine of $50 +pet cleaning fee. Transient purpose clause – By booking this property, you declare that your purpose or intention for stay is for transient purposes only. 3. No landlord-tenant relationship clause – By booking this property , you acknowledge there is no intention to establish a landlord-tenant relationship; instead, it is an owner-and-guest relationship. Any violation of the foregoing clauses shall constitute grounds for, and may result in, immediate removal from the premises by law enforcement, in addition to, but not limited to, the initiation of legal proceedings seeking punitive and other applicable damages.
