Casa Asha – design with waterfall at Aldeia Rizoma

Casa Asha, designed by Atelier Marko Brajovic, is immersed in the Atlantic Forest and has access to 5 private waterfalls, just 300 meters from the doorstep. Located in Aldeia Rizoma (@aldeiarizoma), within a 200,000 m² condominium shared with only 6 houses, it offers complete security, an exclusive gym, a riverside sauna (separate fee), trails, and a SPA, just 20 minutes from Paraty’s historic center. The space Accommodates 4 to 6 people with comfort and style. It features a 45 m² master suite (king bed) with a TV to watch your favorite series, a mezzanine with a queen bed and the option of an extra single bed. There are two full wooden bathrooms with gas-heated hot water. The living room includes a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, cookware, and coffee maker. The house also has two fireplaces for the winter. Outside, there is a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit area, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The private waterfall is just a 10-minute walk, ideal for a swim or meditation in nature. Important: Avoid crossing the river on rainy days. Children must always be supervised. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash. The house is in the heart of the tropical forest; roads can be slippery, and low-clearance vehicles should park at higher points. The perfect balance between comfort, nature, and inspiring architecture. Guest access Aldeia Rizoma is located in the mountains of Paraty, along the Paraty-Cunha Road, about 15 minutes from the historic center. Guests have access to the house and to the shared areas of the Aldeia, such as the gym, waterfalls with natural pools, trails, agroforestry area, and sauna (fee not included). There are also optional therapeutic, ecological, and astronomical experiences available. The property, situated within a private condominium, offers comfort and security surrounded by nature. (The house is located in the Atlantic Forest — wild and venomous animals may be present. Please walk carefully, keep dogs on a leash, and wear closed shoes and use a flashlight at night.) Other things to note The houses at Aldeia Rizoma combine comfort, sustainability, and technology, designed by Atelier Marko Brajovic with a minimal carbon footprint. Water treatment systems, including biodigesters, and the rational use of energy reflect the village’s strong environmental commitment. Powered by solar energy and connected to the electrical grid, the houses are also equipped with an automatic generator. They feature gas-heated showers, spring water from the local source, Starlink internet, and 220V voltage (with 110V outlets clearly marked). The sauna can be used by appointment with a R$ 280 fee; the waterfall and gym are shared spaces. Small pets are accepted with an additional R$ 250 fee. For check-ins after 8 p.m., a R$ 150 fee applies, and for arrivals after midnight (00h00), the fee is R$ 250. As the property is located in a rural area, insects may be present. The house is exclusively for lodging purposes. Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use require a prior contract and payment. Any damage to items may result in additional charges.
