NEW Bayfront Villa in Costa del Sol

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space The villa has 3 available bedrooms with A/C: one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The main bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed, along with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms 2 and 3 have two full beds and they both share a bathroom. The common areas include a comfortable living room with A/C and a TV, a kitchen with its dining table, and a pool with its own deck and sun beds. There is also a terrace with a dining table on the second floor, in case you want to have lunch there while enjoying the ocean breeze, or just relax under the sun with a book and a nice, cold drink. Guest access From the villa, you have direct access to the bay, where you can go kayaking to the sandbars, charter a boat for the day (not included), throw some fishing lines, or just relax by the pier. [In regards to the boat ride, although we currently don't offer the service directly, we can help you arrange a trip with a third-party.] There is also access to the beach, from Tesoro Beach Hotel (across Costa del Sol's main road), with a day pass for a daily fee, which is directly paid to the hotel. Other things to note It is important to know, the villa is located in a condominium. The pier is shared with other owners. The villa, itself, however is a private space, with its own private yard and pool/deck.
