Other things to note The rental includes a daily electricity package (10 kw/day) corresponding to comfortable use while being eco-responsible. Any excess will be charged at the end of the stay (current rate). Being located in a tropical environment, the presence of lizards and different types of insects inside the villa cannot be avoided. No safety protection for the Jacuzzi, children are under the supervision and responsibility of adults. The Jacuzzi is unheated. Drones are not allowed in the residence. The guest is asked not to touch the setting of the refrigerator and freezer, which are set for optimal use. An electricity package of 10 kW/day is included in the rate that is enough for a daily normal use being eco friendly. Any excess will be charged extra at the end of the stay. As we are in a tropical region, we cannot avoid the presence of lizards and different types of bugs inside the villa. There is no safety barrier or cover for the Jacuzzi.
