The space The 75 sqm apartment awaits you with very high-quality furnishings. It is located in a quiet area, and the city center, as well as restaurants and shops, are right at your doorstep. An elevator provides barrier-free access directly to the apartment door whilst your car can stay in the private Garage. You can start your day with a delicious Cafissimo coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment offers. To ensure a first-class sleep, you will find a cozy queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and bedding, as well as hotel-quality mattresses. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook delicious meals: → Refrigerator with freezer compartment → Stove with oven → Dishwasher → Toaster, kettle, coffee maker Of course, there is also an open dining area for 4 people, which transitions into the living area with a smart TV. From the bright dining and living area, you have access to the large balcony with breathtaking views. The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. Of course, we provide fresh towels as well as all essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. Each guest will receive a towel set consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. For longer stays, we are happy to provide an additional set upon request for a small fee. The apartment also offers free parking spaces in close proximity or you use your private Garage.
