A large comfortable family friendly house with garden and pool in the picturesque village of Calvignac close to the River Lot and 10km from St-Cirq-Lapopie. The attractive market town of Cajarc is only 10 km and the historic towns of Cahors, Figeac and Villefranche-la-Rouerge as well as thé Grotte du Pech Merle are within an easy drive. The house has a large open plan dining/sitting area with a table seating 12 people, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Two double doors lead to the West facing front terrace with outside table and chairs so you can watch the sun setting. The well-equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave leads on to the East facing terrace with another outside table so you can enjoy the morning sun. There are two double bedrooms, a toilet and large bathroom with separate shower and bath on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two shower rooms and one toilet. Downstairs in the basement is the laundry with washing machine and games room with pool table, a cool place to be in the summer heat. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
