The Fraccionamiento Modelo (where Casa la Feria is located) is located in a very central place, a short distance from most of the city's tourist attractions. It can be reached from the Central Bus Station by public transport taking Route 20 or 33 (5-10 min) by taxi (4 min); from the airport by taxi (25 min). These stains often resist conventional cleaning methods, such as machine washing or cleaning with household products. We are fully aware of this and periodically carry out professional cleaning, in addition to repainting the walls, in order to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Despite our efforts, it's natural that with such frequent use some stains will appear, even after a thorough cleaning after each guest change. However, prior to your arrival, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the apartment. We care deeply about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests, so we strive to make sure the home is in top condition to welcome everyone who visits us. 💦👚The washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 5 nights only, and must be requested. 🧂☕💧We do NOT provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or water in our accommodation, as many guests did not use them and, as they deteriorated rapidly, they generated waste. To care for the environment and reduce the use of disposable plastics, we prefer not to offer bottled water. This practice also allows us to reduce costs and thus offer you better prices.
