Custom built Boothbay Harbor studio minutes to town with a view of Mill Cove. Hawks nest has all the modern conveniences, completed in 2018. It is surrounded by windows with a cross breeze off the ocean or has air-conditioning and heating. It has a gourmet kitchen, a bathroom with heated floors, a heated towel rack, and a walk-in shower. This second story studio sleeps two, in a very comfortable queen plus American leather sofa, without bars. There is an exclusive area on the side of the guest house, with a gas grill, comfortable seating that overlooks the beautiful gardens and Mill Cove. One parking space is provided with your own entrance to the guesthouse. The town of Boothbay Harbor has boat rides, wonderful restaurants, quaint shops, art galleys, and a land trust with many hiking trails, all over the peninsula. Kayak rentals in town are also available. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is 3 miles from Hawks nest. It’s a must! The property is a smoke-free and has a firm no pet policy. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Minimum four night stay. Treat yourself to a lovely getaway for a single or a couple.
