Enjoy anytime of year. Fire pit and outdoor oasis with grill to enjoy. Fenced for pets.large private dock. There are stairs up to the house from parking and dock. There are a lot of steps so if stairs are an issue this would not be a good fit. There is only one bathroom. There is an attic with two beds and a cot with a heater in cold months and ac unit in warm months. Sofa turns into full size bed.
