Our driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. PLEASE DO NOT park on the grass in from of the house, nor you can park parallel of the house. Please park only in the driveway Other things to note Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at our accommodation. We would like to ensure that your experience is smooth and enjoyable, so we would like to share some important information with you: - Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM, unless we have agreed upon different arrangements in advance. - Please make sure to follow the garbage and recycling schedule provided by the host. We will inform you of the specific pickup days for both garbage and recycling. It is the guest's responsibility to adhere to these schedules, and any sanitation tickets or infractions incurred during your stay will be your responsibility. ( Sunday recycling & garage goes up front for Monday & Wednesday evening for Thursday garbage and vegetation) gray cans for garbage only green for landscaping and vegetation. - Guests are responsible for any cleaning fees associated with their stay. Additionally, if any items are lost or broken during your stay, we will notify you immediately, and we kindly ask that you inform us as well. - All guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the city, particularly regarding loud noises. Please note that no events/unregistered guests or excessive noise are allowed after certain late hours in the evening/ night. - 48 hrs prior to your arrival, the host will provide you with key access to the accommodation. Additionally, the host will share the WiFi access details with you to ensure you can stay connected during your stay. - if you are interested in a monthly rental, we offer discounted rates. so feel free to inquire with the host. For longer-term stays, seasonal rentals of up to seven months may also be available. Please reach out to the host for more information. - As you stay in the home please do note this is a tropical environment and you might meet a gecko, there might be ants or insects after heavy rainstorms they do seek shelter, there will an occasional bird or two on the surrounding areas, and soils do attract worms they are harmless we are in the tropical weather climates of their homes. During heavy rainstorms or summer seasons you will encounter more than less. We cannot control mother nature as much as we would like.
