Guest access Getting to the Real del Mar community is very easy. We are located next to the Mayan Palace Hotel in the beautiful "Cerritos" area. Please let us know if you will be arriving by plane or by car, as well as your estimated arrival time. The REAL DEL MAR community is situated next to the Mayan Palace Hotel and behind Villas del Mar. To access the community, simply take the street that leads to the beach; the entrance will be there. There is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day who will greet you. Just announce your arrival and check in, and you’ll be ready to enjoy your stay! The three -story house has been recently renovated, offering a fresh and clean atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a small bedroom with a bed and a full bathroom, ideal for those who cannot climb stairs. There is also in entry hall and a half bathroom for added convenience. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms: one features a double bed and the third one with a queen size, on the third floor, master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a full bathroom, shower & bath tub. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen, television, wireless Internet, and all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation by the sea. Additionally, there is a palapa terrace with a breakfast area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a delicious barbecue. Plastic chairs and tables are provided for your comfort.
