Sunset Crest Apartment A near beach

The space One bedroom apartment located in Sunset Crest on the west coast of Barbados, just a few minutes walk from shopping, banks, restaurants and of course the beach. At the entrance to the apartment is a covered patio with a table and chairs. There is a television with cable , a DVD player, and radio/CD player in the living room. Wi-Fi access is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker as well as the necessary pots and pans, dishes and utensils to prepare meals. There is also an iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, an air-conditioning unit as well as a ceiling fan and ample storage space. The bathroom was completely renovated in January of 2012. There is a deck at the rear of the apartment that you can access from the bedroom. There you will find, lounge chairs or sun-beds, a table and four chairs as well as a BBQ that you may use. You will also have access to use The Beach Club facilities, a private club located just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There you can use the sun chairs, swim in the pool and gain direct access to the beach. There is also a restaurant, The Beach House, attached to the facility. Rates: January 1, 201 until April 30, 2018: $90/night or $630/week April 30, 2018 until December 15, 2018: $75/night or $525/week I do believe that my rates are reasonable. However you are always welcome to discuss the rates with me. Discounts are available for stays longer than one week.
