Beautiful house in the middle of the forest of raulíes, coihues and mañíos located within the Huilo Huilo Reserve in a private lot just 3 km from the hotels and route CH 203. The house is very cozy, spacious, comfortable, sunny, equipped and ideal for resting, disconnecting and enjoying nature, tranquility and life in the forest with friends and family. The space - Spacious and very cozy family home located 3 km from the Montaña Magica and Nothofagus de Huilo Huilo hotels in a private lot within the Huilo Huilo Reserve - 1 hour (60 km) from Panguipulli and 2.5 hours from Temuco inland via Lanco/Panguipulli - Patagonian forest environment with a lot of coihue, rauli, mañio, olivillo, tepa and with many sounds of forest birds such as Chucao, Chercán among other species - The house is on a 5400 m2 plot immersed in the middle of a native forest with giant trees and a wide and sunny meadow - Spacious and integrated kitchen and living room, and equipped with everything you need, as if it were your home ;) - The house has two floors. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed; and a bedroom with two single beds. - Maximum guest capacity is 8 people. If you have any questions because there are children, please write to me as there are additional charges if there are more than 8 people. - 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, with tub and shower - 1 rustic coihue log hot tub on the outdoor terrace - Grill available, half drum - Gas and water consumption included - The refrigerator works 24 hours a day - The electricity in the house is with a generator that is used for 8 hours a day, mostly at night when the sunlight falls. Cell phones and notebooks can be charged without any problems! The use of high-consumption electrical appliances is not allowed. - Access with payment to Huilo Huilo activities (canopy, kayaking, fishing, trekking, etc.) - Paid laundry service available at Puerto Fuy laundry - A caretaker who can be contacted during the stay - Pets are not allowed in the house - Rented year-round - Good access year-round.
