The romantic beach house chalet on Lake Neusiedl The new lakeside cabin on Lake Neusiedl: born out of a longing for a romantic getaway. A place where you can combine a break from everyday life with romance and beautiful moments. The Seehütte Strandhaus is almost entirely white, measures approximately 38 m², and is accessible from the shore via a wooden walkway. Fine materials such as solid wood, natural colors, and the simple design convey a sense of peace and serenity. The bed, with a direct view of the lake and the reeds, invites you to start the day relaxed and let your gaze wander across the lake.  ​The amenities—arrive, feel at home, experience life. This romantic chalet is built directly on stilts in Lake Neusiedl and is easily accessible without a boat via a wooden walkway. The chalet features a new bathroom with a shower, sink, and a mirrored cabinet. Soft bath towels and hand towels are included in the rental price. Inside the chalet, you’ll find a small, modern kitchenette equipped with a microwave (with baking function), dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and sink. You’ll also find all the usual kitchen utensils, such as a knife block, pots, pans, graters, kitchen gadgets, a Nespresso machine, an immersion blender, a toaster, a kettle, wine glasses, dishes, and silverware. Of course, you’ll also find free Wi-Fi, as well as satellite TV, a mosquito repellent plug, and many other amenities designed to make your stay comfortable. A comfortable bed invites you to enjoy peaceful hours of rest. Our bedding is suitable for people with allergies, and the sheets are made from the finest Egyptian cotton. Under the roof, there is also a double bed in each gable (with mattresses; due to space constraints, there is no full bed with legs and a headboard), accessible via a ladder. The beds in the upper area are not recommended for people with limited mobility. The Seehütte Strandhaus can be booked for a maximum of 4 people, as space is limited by the tent-like shape of the roof. The stilt house in the lake is equipped with mosquito screens. In addition to two lounge chairs on the right and left under the roof with comfortable outdoor cushions, you’ll find a beautiful Moroccan mosaic table that invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Enjoy the direct view of the lake and the reeds from your private terrace. ​ Of course, the Seehütte Strandhaus is equipped with air conditioning that both cools and heats on slightly cooler days. Free electric boat—for the entire stay The Strandhaus has an electric boat that we’re happy to make available to you free of charge during your stay—provided the water level allows it. Please note, however, that you are liable for any damage to the boat, and outings are only possible if the water level permits and the boat is in working order. Since we are happy to provide our boat to you free of charge (at no extra cost!), please note that if it is not possible to use the boat (e.g., because the water level is too low or the boat is technically inoperable), no refund will be issued for the unused boat. The boat does not require a boating license, but you must be at least 18 years old to operate it. Use is at your own risk and liability.
