The living space has a large sofa, smart tv, a fully stocked kitchen, & washer/dryer. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and smart tv. The bathroom has a standup shower with all the linens provided. Enjoy the outdoor space, front porch with seating, firepit, picnic table, charcoal grill & boardwalk spanning the lake. Other things to note The annual Lake Hamilton drawdown begins on November 1 of each year, and the refill will begin between March 1 and March 8 of the following year.
