All rooms are facing south. The apartment was fully renovated and newly furnished in 2024. Guest access The apartment is located in a small building complex of independent residential units. There are no common rooms, only access to the house on a private path is shared. Other things to note Guests must sign the Italian short-term rental agreement and enter their ID details and hand over ID copies for the registration obligation required by law in Italy for all persons present during the booked stay.
