The space Spacious and airy, this architect villa, decorated with care, mixes modern and typical styles, making it charming, comfortable and comfortable to live in. For families or groups, it is available in a T5 and a T2 at the bottom of the villa, allowing everyone to find their cocooning space and tranquility, while being comfortable when everyone gathers. You will like to fully enjoy the garden level by alternating between refreshment in the pool and sunbathing. Located high up and surrounded by greenery, the house is ventilated and remains cool. You will be delighted by its different garden spaces lined with tropical species, including its banana trees that regularly offer fabulous fruits, and attract hummingbirds and other pretty birds. Guest access the villa is entirely private and you will have access to all the spaces at your disposal. Other things to note The villa can accommodate 12 people, using the sofa bed of the two-room apartment plus one or two babies, with baby beds provided on request. That's 14 people in total. All parties and loud events are prohibited in order to maintain good relations with the neighborhood.
