From the barbecue area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the castle ruins. We’ve made every effort to incorporate our own experiences as guests into the design of our new, high-quality vacation home. Natural, untreated wood and eco-friendly lime wall paint ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Electric aluminum roller shutters provide sun protection and a peaceful night’s sleep in the dark. Fiber-optic internet offers the latest technical standards. Surroundings: The Palatinate Forest is a hiker’s paradise and offers not only stunning scenery but also many recreational opportunities. Numerous medieval castle ruins, sandstone rock formations, and places to stop for refreshments invite you to go hiking or mountain biking. The proximity to the German Wine Route and Alsace rounds out this wonderfully sun-drenched region of Germany. Near the accommodations are a small forest lake where you can swim. There is a ping-pong table in the garden. Access is via an unpaved road. A car or bicycle is needed for shopping.
